By using Travo, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. Our Services

Travo is a marketplace platform that connects trekkers with verified local guides across Gilgit-Baltistan, Pakistan. We do not directly operate treks or employ guides.

3. Bookings

All bookings are subject to availability and guide confirmation. A booking is confirmed only when you receive a written confirmation from our team. Full payment terms are specified at checkout.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Please refer to our Cancellation Policy at /cancellation-policy for full details on refunds.

5. Safety & Liability

Trekking in mountainous regions involves inherent risks. By booking through our platform, you acknowledge these risks. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance before your trip.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to: provide false information, misuse our AI planner, post inappropriate content, or attempt to contact guides outside our platform to avoid platform fees.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on Travo including text, images, and the AI planning system is owned by Travo and protected by copyright law.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
