Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellations by Customer

60+ days before trek: Full refund minus 10% admin fee
30–59 days before trek: 50% refund
15–29 days before trek: 25% refund
Less than 15 days: No refund
No-show on trek start date: No refund

2. Cancellations by Travo

If we cancel due to weather, natural disaster, or safety concerns:

Full refund OR free rescheduling to the next available date — your choice.

3. How to Cancel

Cancellation is confirmed only when you receive written confirmation from our team.

4. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers trek cancellation, medical evacuation, and high-altitude illness. We can recommend trusted providers on request.
